Companies wanna reward their sales reps for what they have achieved and motivate ‘em to greater goals in 2009. Sales discussions can do this! Often, companies offer those sales meetings at resorts or other vacation destinations. But with so much going on in life, sales reps are more interested in revenue negotiations that just “get it done” - the “it” being the training, awards banquet, new product updates, company communications, etc. They want to be home when they can….
