Sometimes companies hire outside recruiters as consultants assigned to conduct candidate interviews for positions in clinical sales, health care sales, pharmaceutical device sales, pharma sales, clinical diagnostics sales, lab sales, or medical sales. Understandably, these interview situations make candidates a little more nervous….but I have a position interview strategy for you to handle this situation. To successfully navigate a 3rd party interview, you need to uncover the goals of the interviewer.
